We encourage you to call and set up an appointment for a free, no obligation introductory class. This introductory class lasts about 20 minutes, and gives you the opportunity to meet us and test drive our program. After you get a feel of the benefits we provide and how we will be able to meet your needs, we'll sit down and look over the class schedule, membership options, family discounts and any questions you might have.
